Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
•   The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
•   A receipt or proof of purchase is required. You can download this from the email address used during your order.

Damaged Items
Reporting Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately or within 12 hours of delivery.
To report damage:
•   Send a clear photo of the damaged item via WhatsApp at +254 114 337579 or email info@aliscotech.co.ke.
•   Keep all original packaging for courier inspection, which is required to process a claim.
Once we receive the returned item, we will assess the damage and provide feedback within 48 hours
Warranty Coverage
We honor manufacturer warranties and provide guidance on warranty claims. Below is a general guide to what is typically covered and not covered under standard smartphone and tablet warranties:

•   Manufacturing defects: e.g. unresponsive buttons (not caused by damage), screen won’t turn on.
•   Battery issues: premature battery failure or swelling within warranty period.
•   Touchscreen malfunctions: if not caused by physical damage.
•   Software problems: originating from the device's original operating system (not third-party modifications).
•   Hardware malfunctions: camera, speaker, or microphone issues under normal usage.
•   Standard warranty duration: usually 1 year from date of purchase. Some brands offer extended coverage.
❌ Not Covered
•   Accidental damage: cracked screens, water damage, physical impact.
•   Wear and tear: scratches, discoloration, fading, or dents from regular use.
•   Unauthorized repairs or modifications: including jailbreaking or rooting.
•   Battery degradation due to age/use.
•   Loss or theft of the device.
•   Damage from external causes: power surges, extreme conditions, or incorrect accessories.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your MPESA or bank account.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Â Â Double-check your MPESA or bank account.
2. Â Â Contact your bank or Safaricom, as it may take a few days for the refund to reflect.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
